  2. Ok, Kid 1 & Kid 2 left on vacation, guess who’s babysitting their dogs ( 4 in all plus our 2). Thank goodness Kid 3 is Not on vacation too!
    About every 10 seconds it seems Bark…… Bark…Bark, Bark, Bark!!!
    My husband came out of his he-man cave about an hour ago. “Why are they barking?”
    Me “I don’t have a clue, maybe a leaf fell outside.
    I am going to go crazy ? at this rate.

    Maybe I ‘ll reread the last innkeeper and at the same time wonder why Arland is going ‘boom’ in the next post.

      • I feel your pain. I have two little kittens in heat. They’ve in love with anything that moves. Once over I see a visit to the vet in their future. Oh no!! More yowling!

  6. Having no idea about a round table and discussions (somehow missed that memo)
    we are happy will the overlogddn-gifts of the blade sweeping. None of us can ever think why we should dictate to an author about their own story. It is like…coming to you neighbor you don’t know very well and commenting and directing on their clothing and make-up. ?‍♀️?‍♀️Hi

  8. Must have missed all the hoopla too. I just love to read the story. Write when you can but don’t let it take over your life cause some just can’t for the next chapter. You are very valued in my home. Escapism at it’s best when needed the most. Happy Father’s Day Gordon.

  13. I saw the FB posting about registering at Kitchen (????) but only get an error message when I click the link. ☹

    • Read the the recent blog entry for more details. They decided it was far more trouble than it was worth. Also that more of the fanbase preferred the old (well … current I should say) comment platform than the new one provided by The Kitchen.

  15. I am completely confused. Does this mean I missed last week’s chapter being posted elsewhere?

    • Hi Mandy –
      No – last week’s chapter hasn’t been posted yet. The back to normal really just means that there isn’t a separate forum for our comments on the chapter. For a short period of time I think that there was a forum on the Inn Keeper site called “Kitchen”. I didn’t use it and I think that quite a few people didn’t even know about it. It has now been removed because it was creating issues with the site (mostly due to trying to keep out Spam) and taking too much of Ilona’s time in managing it. Somewhere in one of the posts about it (now removed), I think it was mentioned that we will be getting Inn Keeper today. I’m trying not to go overboard with hitting refresh 🙂
