Quick question: did we ever post Jim’s pov when Curran abdicated and if so, does anyone have a link to it?

Please post it ….again if we’ve missed it.
Drew says
Oh please, I would love to read it.
DOROTHY SIZEMORE says
I have never seen it but would love too.
Fran says
Same here. I’ve never seen nor heard if til now. Would love to read it,
Gundega says
Same.
Penni says
I sure don’t remember it…and I really think I would…….but then again – I can’t remember where I left my keys yesterday.
Jasmin says
Ditto. But my husband has never let me forget the time I put my keys and wallet in the fridge….
Bentje says
Oh my gosh… I did the same thing once. Couldn’t find them for ages the next day which resulted in me beeing late for school…
Sara Joy says
My old roommate would intentionally put her keys on her prepared lunch in the fridge for work the next day so as not to forget it :). I, on the other hand, know I’m in a bad place when I loose my phone on top of a refrigerator, any will do, work, home, public cafeteria, & can only find it when playing the sonar “find my iPhone” clang of doom.
Liesl says
My husband once put his keys in the freezer. Then there was the time we couldn’t find them for six MONTHS and I found them when I reorganized the linen closet, tucked in a clay mug that had been someone’s school project.
And yes, PLEASE give us Jim’s POV!!!!!
Liesl says
Forgot to mention that no, I never saw it. And I LOVE Jim and Dali!
Anna Fowler says
Yep. My memory is mush. But Kate Daniels’ world is my fave…..And I have no memory of Jim’s POV.
Anonymous says
Would love to read it!
Susan Reynolds says
Never saw it, wanna read it, wish it was included in the Julie and Derek and Erra book I wish you’d write….the only time I disliked Julie was in the novella where she was attending boarding school. Felt too manga-y for my tastes. Julie at the office, Julie on a battlefield, Derek just about anywhere would be much more interesting.
Laura Patterson says
I would love to see it!
Pam says
I can’t remember if I read it or not, but I’d love to read it.
Alisa says
I don’t recall seeing it, and I would love to read it.
d lm a says
No
Mentioned when others moved to Curran’s subdivision and when his mate brought him around to apologize. But no actual pov
CTWANDERS says
You have never posted a Jim POV but we would love to see it!
Patti says
Yes!
Carla says
What they said, so basically pretty please and thank you ?
linda says
No it was never posted
sorry, but would love to see it
Lara says
Agreed, wasn’t posted, but that sounds amazing
Other Barbara says
Never read that one.
I wonder about “grey wolf” series with Derek and Julie….did not end up doing well enough?
Wonder about Julie eye switcheroo. Part of the canon or just a fun snippet?
we have Jim’s POV I sappily hope we also eventually see Dali and Jim as parents, perhaps of too many kids? Cause Dali had a lot of magical parenting bliss ideas and not enough oatmeal bowl hats, poop explosions, and the discovery of NO.
I want to read about Erra telling Hugh how they are related.
I want Steve West and his other identities to read all male characters always
I want endless Conlan stories. Conlan just brings back so many funny, delightful, frustrating memories of parenting.
Aga says
Wait, Hugh and Erra are related? How? I must’ve somehow missed that.
Cheryl says
It’s in the Magic Triumphs epilogue – so taunting!
Tina in NJ says
It has to do with Roland forging the blood bond with Hugh, the way Kate forged one with Julie. Because of the blood bond, Hugh and Kate claim to be siblings, and Julie and Conan are also siblings. That makes Semiramis (Erra and Roland/Nimrod’s mother) Hugh’s grandmother.
jewelwing says
It’s also possible that they were already related. Remember how strongly Hugh’s magic broadcast when he was a child. No one had taught him to mask it. And it was healing magic. Where did it come from? Roland and Erra are not certainties, but they are certainly possibilities.
Other Barbara says
In Iron and Magic Hugh discovers he can make blood armor, which only Roland relatives can do. Roland fled when, which Roland tried to recruit him back to his side, Hugh rejected him and then showed he still had the blood control ability.
Also as noted as Julie and Erra ride off to move Grandmother’s Bones Julie asks if they should stop and get Hugh to come along. Erra says the Boy will eventually “have to meet his grandmother” but not ready yet and his wife would object at this time.

Love that people think this is a what would you like us to write post. ?♀️ Feel like I have read a Jim snippet around the abdication (but maybe it was just from currants POV?? ) but no idea when or where.
Jennifer says
Oh please oh please oh please?!?! If you can and you feel like it…please?! ?
Christina says
The closest thing I remember to a Jim POW was the Twitter rounds about the Conlon’s gift for his first birthday. I still get the giggles about the saddle and cowboy hat.
Angela Harvey says
+1
Yes, me too.
Monica Martin says
There wasn’t one. I remember the Twitter thing as well but otherwise we got nothing from Jim and I would sooo love to! 🙂
Omar Mtz says
I’m pretty sure I haven’t read it or seen it.
Lisa says
Please please can you put it and Curran POV in print. I love to go back and Re read all of Kate’s world while waiting on a new book.
Prospero says
Don’t recall a Jim POV.
Fera says
+1
Laurence says
As everybody, it rang a distant bell because you had mentioned wanting to post something about this, but I don’t recall every reading it.
And it would be nice, because for the moment Jim is not my favorite person at all, I think of him as a sort of douche-bag, so that could be a nice change of perspective.
Cheers,
Laurence
xine says
Agree. I really didn’t like Jim at all later in the books, so having his perspective would be good. When Kate realizes that Jim really doesn’t care about anyone but Dali, that was a bummer. Maybe it would be romantic from a Jim POV, but from the world perspective, it made him a pretty shitty friend in my opinion.
Layla says
Totally agree. Jim was a d*ck.
Kia says
Sorry to say, I agree. Jim started off as someone who would vouch for a for a friend who was not pack, but ended up seeing and acting as if Kate’s existence was a threat to the the pack and that anyone who was not pack was garbage. He was a bad friend and became an isolated, mfpga (make the free people great again)sort of leader.
Jessie says
Yeah, he was a disappointment. We want the oldest friends to be our best/strongest supporters. In Jim’s case he turned out to be the friend that becomes a jackazz, but we keep them as a friend because of the long history. The many, many times he didn’t support Kate- (jim let the pack attack her again and again) no matter how long Curran knew him, that doesn’t make up for his deficiencies as a person.

When dealing with real life – POV’s take a back seat.
Bill G says
I hope to see it.
SUZANNE ROTHCHILD says
it was not posted before…. and i would looovvveee a link to it
J9 says
That would be awesome! I don’t recall seeing anything for a Jim POV, but sadly I would not be a valuable source, I tend to miss, lose and forget a lot…sigh. Now that it has been brought up I will be looking/waiting for it anxiously!!
Katrina says
Would definitely love to read, but not seen posted.
R. Garcia says
No, but I would love to read it!
E says
Negative Huston! You did not post said link
Yvonne A says
I would love to read it
Patty says
I have what you titled Curran Prequel POV Part 1. It is where Curran, Kate, and Julie have packed up their belongings from The Keep and are moving into their new house. If there was a Part 2 or a Jim POV I don’t have it. Do you want the Curran POV? I have it saved in email but when I press the link it does not come up on the website
Tiffany says
I tried searching, and couldn’t find it. There was a post from 2014 saying that Gordon was working on it. It was the Hidden Legacy goes live post, or something like that.
I don’t know if that helps.
Karen says
Nope. I’d love to read it just like everyone else though ?
Barbara Barroso says
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE POST THE JIM POV!!!
I live for Kate Daniels. It’s my reason for living. I’m so glad you guys have so many other amazing series and books, but Kate Daniels was my gateway to the BDH and to your writing. She’s my everything. I have been down since the series ended and only your others works have saved me, BUT I’d pay any amount of money or sexual favours ;), ANYTHING for any more of the Kate Daniels world. And what about the Barabas POV you mentioned about? A sort of epilogue to the series and characters? Do you still plan on doing that? I’d LOVE to read it. Please, for all that is holy. I beg you give more Kate & Co. It’s such a light in my life.
Thank you so much for all that you do, I really don’t mean to sound ungrateful. I’m sooooo deeply grateful for all your works and this blog. You are my heroes! <3
Liz says
Hello! I know Curran POV and Father and Son POV were posted. (Have both in my archive) No Jim POV, though….
Barbara Barroso says
Liz , a Curran POV and a Father and Son one? You mean a Colan/Curran POV? How did I miss that? That’s pure GOLD. Could you please link it to me/here? I’d be forever grateful!
Thanks!
