  6. It’s also Saint Lucia Day as well as Friday the 13th! Something I’m aware of because of my kids’ old American Girl books. The Kirsten doll character was a Swedish immigrant from 1854. Now it’s time to pop in the Rick Steve’s Christmas DVD for background noise and start more baking!

  17. I’m currently obsessing over the Graphic Audio Sweep collection. I listen to them while I’m cooking, putting on makeup. It’s so ubiquitous, my husband finally stopped asking who I’m talking to — and instead asked a question about Orro. I’m pretty sure it was a slam on my cooking, but I’m rolling with it!
