  16. It will be a wonderful addition to a pretty good day here! Our kitchen renovation is done and I love it! I got to do some shopping for myself today! I’m about to go have some chicken & roasted garlic ravioli in a pesto cream sauce for supper, so that rocks! Maud, Helen, Arland, and cast will be the frosting on the cake! =)

    • Also in England. I’m staying up until it appears – have to get my Innkeeper hit or I won’t be able to sleep!

    • I’m treating my addiction by re-reading the Alex and Fran Healy Incryptid short stories. If you haven’t read them then know they make up an epic novel when put together.

      • There really is something to be said for savoring each installment each week. I go through books pretty quickly, and this forces me to slow down and enjoy it a bit more. It’s really nice. Except the waiting part. 🙂

  39. Thank you for all of the installments. I know it is a lot of pressure. It is because we love your work so much that we (OMG, I CANT WAIT!) are impatient. We know you both have so much on your plate and are thankful that you were able to get back to it! (I LOVE INNKEEPER!)

  43. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I’m okay with typose. REally! I am. I consider them a sign of humanness. 🙂

    I drag myself through the week waiting for Friday and Innkeeper. It’s my reward for working each week at a soul sucking job.

    As a kid I never understood why books were serialized back in the day – like, why would anyone read Charles Dickens serially. Why not just wait for the book to come out and read it all at once?

    Well, now I get it. And I thank the Author Lords for their (mostly) weekly gift to the BDH.

  48. Eight days ago told contractor to not work on back door especially doggie door. Doggie door let in skunks raccoons and once a big duck. He said no problem and did it anyway. It rained for 6 days. Haven’t seen the contractor. Door is off hinges. Duck got in doggie door and using barricades at night for security. Typos no problem. Sigh. Friday pls.

    Happy Friday everyone, it’s Friday, We’re sharing the joy of the “wait” with like minded people. Life is good!

      I’m a week ahead on BUS 450 and the prof. is getting tired of my emails, I can tell

      Had a projected foot and a half snow storm blow through the Delaware Valley in an old school
      Pre-Easter, March roaring in like Curran in a snit; so I shoveled, my front and the neighbor (both sides)
      that got me through Thursday,
      Friday I spring cleaned, cause the cats are shedding like I took an electric shaver to them,
      ceiling fans, heat vents, inside closets, completely rearranged the front room, swept, vacumned,
      mopped, and oiled the floors.

      Got up this morning and went to Pier 70 and you know they didn’t have half of my shopping list.
      Fed the cats, made breakfast, played a game (died 14 times) then I checked. YES! ! ! ! Ha! Ha!
      ha ha ha . . . cause Me no Stress, Me strong, me wait 4 happy happy

      And now I can dance around, with a smile, nothing can bother me . . . as I try to stretch my wait to read this till
      Tuesday. Wednesday I have an appointment, Thursday is Career Development Center. Wait, wait who has
      time to wait
