Any plans for the merch shop reopening at Sanctuary release time? – M in the comments

This is a tentative yes: when the Sanctuary novella is published this summer we will likely be able to celebrate with official merch.

I say tentative, because releases are busy times and House Andrews have to fully recover to be up for all of it. Things are progressing well after the unexpected surgery last week (thank you to everyone for all your well wishes), so we’re optimistic and making arrangements.

To this end: because we’ll need to get the designs commissioned and all our kolovershi in a row, please let me know below what merch you would like – it will be Roman’s release so there will be a focus on his quotes and items, but if there’s anything else from the other books, put it in the comments too.

We may have a poll voting on your suggestions, because you guys always come up with so many hilarious options. “Wanna come back to my place and pet my nechists?” probably kills on Volhv Tinder hehe. A small disclaimer here, however: as much as we love Roman’s Eeyore nature and calling him a “Care Bear in the streets/ Dark priests in the sheets”, some of those classically-known images are copyrighted, so we won’t be able to make merch with them. I’m sure you’ll come up with suitable alternatives.

  1. My Cutting Edge sticker is wearing away on the case of my kindle! I should have bought spares. Hopefully it is still around. I might also want the latte mugs for Cutting Edge, BDH fun, Roman black coffee, and picket fence. So far I have Dr. Loose Cannon, Ripper Cushions, Ferret Heist, and Freaky Shit Testing Device. I’m going to have to buy a display case….

  5. In the EU store, if possible depending on vendors, I’d like to add in my vote for notebook, mouse mat and stickers 🙂 not too picky about what’s on them 😉

  7. So many good quotes, but kind of lean toward “Congratulations, you’re evil enough”. I’m sure that anything you put out there will be pleasing to somebody in the horde.

    Putting in request for dish towels (tea towels to some) … I have way more mugs than I can use and very seldom wear t-shirts. Straight bottomed sweat shirts or fleeces would be grand, but the are a higher $ inventory item.

    PS … I just love when people ask me to explain my “Ripper Cushions” pillow … 😁

  8. personally I’m a t-shirt fan….so don’t really care as long as there is a shirt or two…evil enough or maybe attacker’s rescue, He did rescue kid, puppy, attacking dog, attacking magi, and all those other creatures oh and a tree

  12. I was inside my apartment when the eclipse happened (aka Cherny gives Belobog a wedgie afternoon). It fell absolutely silent. No birds singing, no one talking outside, no traffic, nothing.

    The clouds gave way for those who watched the eclipse. I saw it on a local news station app. There was even a solar flare happening. That was probably Belobog fighting off the wedgie. 😬😂😂😂

    Now severe storms are heading our wat in the DFW area. Most likely Morena not happy with the brothers.

  15. I was in my apartment when the solar eclipse happened working from home. It got pitch black, and everything was quiet.

    A solar flare could be seen during the eclipse. I wonder if Belobog was fighting back the wedgie? 😉🧐

      iron on shirt quotes to save on shipping + I prefer 100% wool long sleeve shirts & I can wear the wonderful quotes during wintertime instead of only during summer heat.

  20. Thank you for allowing us to offer input! I missed the previous merch opportunities, so I’m super invested in this one.

    Regarding merchandise – 100% cotton is very important for clothing options, stickers and iron-on fabric transfers are wonderful, and I would welcome an insulated water bottle/travel mug.

    Regarding imagery
    -“Yes, fine, I’ll drag the tree” is my 1st choice
    – wee beasties on a branch
    – ripper cushions

  21. not Roman related, but I would LOVE a ripper cushions tee shirt and/or travel mug. I work in a library so cups must have lids. I would definitely by both.

  26. Have to agree with Ilona – saltine crackers are good post surgery, easy on the stomach.
    In fact, after my gallbladder surgery, I announced to the entire recovery room staff that “these are the best crackers ever!!”, still really stoned from the anesthesia….🤣🤣🤣

  32. I would have to add my vote for iron on things so we can pick what size and type of shirt we want and much cheaper shipping!
    Stickers too, same thing – we can pick what to put them on.
    I would like a BDH sticker in particular for my ipad case.
    I like the idea of all the nechists (sp?) on a tree.

I wasn’t able to fit merch into my budget any of the other times, but I’m going to put aside a small amount as a birthday present for myself this time(coming up on the 19th), so I can get something this time:) All my disposable income goes to my toddler, but I’m going to make an exception just this once 😜
    I would really love some Innkeeper and/or The Edge Merch. I really coveted the items featuring the Inn itself, as well as The Edge dragon merch last time.
