If you are getting an existing subscriber problem when trying to sign up, please try this solution from Sherri, one of the readers on the blog.
This also happened to me. I tried it again a few minutes ago, and followed these steps to be fully subscribed:
1 – Signed up again, received message already subscribed
2 – Clicked on the link to Update My Preferences and waited for email
3 – Clicked on the link in the email, and entered the missing information
4 – Submitted the update successfully!
If you are still unable to update your preferences, reply to the newsletter you have received and paste one or both of the following into the body of the email.
