        The main narrator for both the Kate Daniels and Hidden Legacies series, Renee Raudman, does a phenomenal job with pacing, emphasis, accents, and voices. I have some sensory issues and I have had no trouble listening to every Ilona Andrews book I own over and over during the pandemic.

  5. I own 3 copies of this one on B&N, one on Kindle for the cheaper audio attached and a paperback. Thinking about a fourth to gift to oldest who is leaving for school in July. He is a Derek Julie fan too.

  6. Another tip: If you buy the Kindle ebook, you often get a great deal on the audiobook too (for those without an Audible subscription). So you can buy the IA Kindle ebook and add an audiobook later on at a great price. It’s called “Upgrade with audio” in the Kindle app. Or just add the audiobook to your cart when you’re buying the ebook – it’ll be discounted.

      If you look at the last updates, House Andrews focus atm is getting Ruby Fever (Hidden Legacy 6) out and the edits for the new novella to come in Fall 2021 :).

      Once those are done I’m sure we will get a new update on plans for the rest. To ensure you’re not missing anything, always check the Release Schedule which will have all the official news https://ilona-andrews.com/release-schedule/

    Of course, telling this crowd about a House Andrews book being on sale is like telling a cattle rancher that there is sale on hamburger at Kroger. 🙂

    Of course, I look forward to pretty much everything you write. I’m not sure I’d spring for a grocery list.

  16. Just nabbed a copy… so now I have two print copies (one to lend, one to keep safe) and a Kindle copy. ???? LOVED this book. Hope someday there’s a sequel, and an Iron and Magic sequel. Love that world. More Luther too… pretty please. He was delicious in this book.

  22. I just bought it from Amazon Canada! I had originally read it (twice) when I borrowed it from my local public library but now I’ve got my own Kindle copy at a phenomenal deal! And I won’t have to wait weeks for my another library turn to enjoy such a great story again! Thanks, House Andrews! I appreciate this sale 🙂

  34. Ok now I’m a little depressed. I already own Blood Heir, and enjoyed the heck out of it. So I thought, hey, I could gift this to a friend.

    And then it hit me….I have NO FRIENDS who share my taste in fantasy books.

    How could this have happened???

  35. Love the cover art. I rarely pay much attention to cover art, but I kept staring at this lady…. Has anyone else noticed that she looks like Lily James? If that was intentional, it’s a lovely rendition. If not, well I guess trying to draw a beautiful blonde woman equals Lily James… makes sense.
