We have filled 1200 orders. We have to wait a little bit because the store must give us the next deposit so we can fulfill more orders and because we are waiting on some vendors to refill their stock. We expect to fill all orders by next Friday.

The store will close on Wednesday.

Special request designs have been added to the store. No special requests will be accepted after this post goes live. We won’t be able to implement them before the store closes.

I’ve responded to all requests. This list is for people who requested things and didn’t get my email for whatever reason.

  7. woot, woot! Excited for my hoodie. Thanks for the custom order option. I love the Curren mug but my cabinet overfloweth with cups (and yet I still ordered the Magic Clams one).

    • Omg yes, the last thing I need is a mug. But I have laughed so much over the clams I had to have it.

  8. I came so close to buying Bess’s Curran Cup, when I saw it listed the other day, but I couldn’t justify the postage (I should just mention I’m in Aus, ‘nough said). So I’ll just enjoy my mouse pad instead. Maybe next time.

    I still love my Curran plush that a friend got me at one of the in-person signings years ago.

  10. Thank you! I went back for the Hoodies, I have the sweatshirts but I love hoodies more. And I got a black BDH shirt.
    I really love the mugs and I want them but I made a rule that if someone in the house got a new mug they would have to give up one already in our cupboard and counter tops. All of mine are studio ghibli and Im not ready to part with them yet. But I am going to see if I can repurpose a space or make a new holder for next time the store opens.

    Also, I may have just purchased a sweatshirt I didn’t need, but had to have. 🙃

  12. Does this mean if we didn’t get an email back it got lost somewhere? I messaged about ordering a US design in the AU store – will the system just let me order the item from the US store to ship to Australia anyway?

  15. Love, love, love everything the store is offering! Already placed an order for my husband’s Christmas gift to me (lol). The sweatshirt is so awesome, but wish I didn’t live in the US South, where winter lasts for 3 days.

  22. How in the world did I miss the magic clams mug the first time I ordered? I have fixed that over sight.

    Thank You for being willing to adjust the shop on the fly for requests. I know how difficult that is.

  23. I missed out the first time because I didn’t realize the store would be open for so brief a time. Now, I got my BDH T-shirt and stickers along with the Here, Kitty Kitty mug. =) I really wavered over the Team Metal Rose mug, too, but the fact is that I have too many mugs already. I managed to restrain myself on that, but it wasn’t easy. =)

    and thank you for offering plus sizes in your shirts and even having a plus size model wearing them. it is always nice to be included.

    a possible suggestion for the store the next time it comes around – a yarn bowl? i saw a vendor on etsy – kennyclayco – that has ceramic yarn bowls with multiple different pictures/sayings on them, so perhaps there are blanks out there that could have nifty ilona andrews stuff printed on them. i don’t have the slightest idea if that’s feasible or not. and it looks like they’d be a bit pricey. but i’d TOTALLY buy a ripper cushions yarn bowl.

  28. I apologize. I didn’t read the whole thing before I ordered a second mug. I didn’t realize this was only for people who’d made special requests.

    • No! They asked for things and House Andrews made it happen. For everyone (in that country/region). Mod R was just saying that no new requests will be honored this time around. They have to draw the line somewhere or they’ll be selling merch all the time. And we’d rather they write more books to devour.

    • I think that it is available to everyone who is interested. it was just the person who thought of it requesting it that lead to everyone having the chance to buy it

  32. I can’t believe it, thank you, thank you, thank you. I ordered the BDH tote bag and requested a special order Ripper Cushions tote bag, as Helen is one of my favorite characters. I couldn’t believe when I received the link to order it, not only did you make it available it’s listed as Tammy’s Ripper Cushions tote bag, how cool is that. As a member of the BDH community seeing that listing is almost as good as a new Ilona Andrews book.By the way I pre-ordered Magic Claims, reread Magic Tides, then Magic Claims and am up to Magic Slays in the Kate Daniels series. Your books are addictive, every time a new book comes out I read the whole series again. Thank you for the many hours of enjoyment.

    Just saw the first bit of my order was shipped!!! The amount of excitement this gives me makes my kids look at me funny. It’s a large order, so I should have a few more happy dance/ squeal around the house days. Just wanted to say a very big thank you to all involved in the books, blog, and merch store.

    It sounds like you’ve been overwhelmed with the work required to meet the demands of the BDH wanting things from your store.
    Would you like someone to handle all the store-related work for you? I’d be happy to do so. I’m about to retire and would have the time. I’d be happy to do it for free. (Self-interest disclosure here – if someone else handles it for you, you have more time to write your wonderful stories!)
    I know that the store is a labour of love from both of you to your fans. I would love to help, if I could. (I could definitely help with the Aus issues that you’ve had)

  44. I’m trying (not very successfully) to narrow down my order. (I add everything I like and then take stuff out, or I’m supposed to take stuff out at least) Would the Keelan cups be considered Magic Claims special items? I have waaaay too many mugs, but don’t want to miss one that’s a limited time option. 😄

    • Yes, Keelan designs are special items for the Magic Claims release- announced here in the store opening post https://ilona-andrews.com/blog/the-merch-store-is-open/

      special items are available to support new releases. This time that release is Magic Clams. Now you got me doing it, damn it. Magic Claims. Majority of the new stuff will be related to that title and available for a limited time. Meaning if we open the store for an Innkeeper release, some of the Wilmington stuff like Keelan collection, will not be available at that time.

      However, it might be that House Andrews will be open to doing special request items next time too 🙂

        Also, it will close on Wednesday. Does that mean Wednesday is the last day to order or that you better have it done by Tuesday or you’re SOL (out of luck)? I missed it last time and I’m trying not to this time, but I’m too indecisive to finish up tonight! 😵‍💫

  45. I finished Magic Clams/Claims last night. I took my time reading it since House Andrews took the time to make it wonderful! I am looking forward to enjoying it again when the audio is available.

    I gave a very broad hint to my son about which merch would make an excellent birthday present for me. 😁

  46. I know youre no longer taking special requests, but in future, may we please have the Book Devouring Horde serious business design on a hoodie or sweatshirt?

    I missed the post about the merch somehow, and then missed that we could make special requests (no idea how, but my apologies!).

  47. Let’s see. I’m arguing over 4 of the mugs, whether to buy the BDH sweatshirt or the tee and which color to get, and that’s just for starters.

    What I’d like to see, more 20 oz mugs, a BDH fun bumper sticker, and more morphing mugs. I prefer the 20 oz mugs because my usual morning dose of coffee is 2 k cups set at 8oz. Since I also like a good dose of cream, anything less than 20oz is too small.
