Refund policy: each item is printed to order, so we can only refund/replace broken or defective items. We can’t refund wrong size or wrong color. Please be sure to order the right size. Types of replacements we have issued in the past: broken mugs, mysterious burn stains, wrong item entirely, and design misprint. To request a refund, please use the contact form on the store’s site.
Designs: if you see an existing design that is not available for an item you want, you can use the store contact form to email us and request it. So if you are in Canada and you want a mug design from US store but on a notebook, let us know through the contact form on the store’s site. We will do our best. Disclaimer: not all designs are suitable for all items.
Item availability: we do not control the stock. It comes from the vendors. But if you really want an item that is not available, let us know and we will try to get it for you even after the store officially closes.
Item Quality: we do our best to only use highly rated vendors. That’s why Aussies are missing mugs. That vendor’s rating is 6.5 while we try to stay with 8.5 and above if we can. If you are in Australia and are absolutely dying for a mug, let us know and we will try it.

Theme: The store features a small amount of permanent designs for each series. In addition, special items are available to support new releases. This time that release is Magic Clams. Now you got me doing it, damn it. Magic Claims. Majority of the new stuff will be related to that title and available for a limited time. Meaning if we open the store for an Innkeeper release, some of the Wilmington stuff like Keelan collection, will not be available at that time.
If something goes wrong: if we royally screwed up somehow, the store may be temporarily closed until things are fixed. Any affected orders will be refunded. Your orders will be held for 24 hours before they are filled.
Please only buy stuff that you want. These are not heirloom quality items. This is just fun stuff.
