R. writes,
Is there somewhere on the website to find the wallpapers anymore?
I love the picture you can see on the main page when you are scrolling past the Diamond Fire, HL novella part. I would like to see how it would look as a background on either my computer or a tablet.
That’s not really a wallpaper, it’s a web background, so it’s a bit oddly sized. It’s based on the future cover of Diamond Fire novella. But anyway, here it is. Click on the image, which will take you to the image page, right click it, say Save As and voila, the image is yours to use as your wallpaper. I made this in photoshop with stock images, so there shouldn’t be any funky copyright issues.
Updated with hi-rez version.
Wow. Beautiful x
Ooooh, pretty 🙂
I have got to learn how to do things like this. Gorgeous.
Today it is Kate v. Curran in the Alpha Showdown. Hard choice.

Man, that’s a hard choice.
On the one hand, sister solidarity, gotta vote for Kate.
On the other hand, if Curran wins and he meets up against Rogan in a later round, then maybe the Authorlords will write a special smack-talk Twitter war between Curran and Rogan. Not that Kate and Rogan couldn’t do the same, but I just think it would be better with Curran vs Rogan, with Kate and Nevada throwing some shade, too.
+1
Everyone must do as they think best.
Think the smack talk would be better as Rogan vs Kate since that would be Gordon vs Ilona as the writer of a bonus Twitter war or something if they did it!!!
Oooohhh! Thankyou!!!!
You make awesome wallpapers. Well you guys make awesome everythings!
Very nice. I assume that’s meant to be Catalina. Just the right amount of mystery.
Thank you. That was very responsive, not to mention fast. 🙂
And it looks beautiful. I have a large, widescreen 4k monitor and it looks very nice on it. It could be a tiny hair crisper, but you have to nit pick to find that and the picture is nice enough that I want it in my rotation. Every couple of months I get tired of a background and want a change for a bit.
I normally set the picture of Dina that was used for Sweep in Peace as my default backgrounds. Because I like the colors and find it non-cluttered, beautiful and peaceful.
That gorgeous!
Thank you! The painting of Mount Saint Helen erupting in the 1800s has bit the dust.
I love it! Thank you very much
Wow! It’s interesting what anyone can do with stock pictures and a vision. 🙂
Very lovely and thank you.
I’m puzzled. Catalina is a Siren so why would she be seeing that arcane thing with symbols? I would almost think that would be something Bernard would see. I didn’t think Catalina would see anything? hmm
Please reread the trilogy, paying attention to arcane circles. 🙂
Hehe, well put. Somebody’s gonna power up in our absence 😉
Gorgeous. Thank you.
Looking forward to the book.
Just drop dead gorgeous! Thank you!
Cool.
Lovely image! I have to say that as much as I am looking forward to the next books on pre-order, it’s the Maud novella I’m twitchy for!
Ilona & Gordon,
Thanks for taking the time on wallpapers associated with your books. They’re beautiful and inspiring. I can’t help but admire and adore them so much that I have to download them for my pads background and constant viewing.
Thanks again ?
Beautiful ?
Thanks, Ilona Andrews. I appreciate the visuals. I agree that the Legacy one would be a good computer screen saver. However, I am enamoured with the bog visual of Hugh and Clara especially the last line. So true. And appropriate…
Thanks again for your assorted writing endeavours. We enjoy reading them although the pup complains about my slow verbalization
I just wanted to comment on how multi-talented you are. Color me impressed with what you did with stock photos!
Awesome ?
Are we allowed to download the online illustrations? Buy from illustrator? I just love the blue glow flowers, that grew under the giant tree.
Lots of folks love to use the ergonomic typewriter and there is probably a space invaders keyboard game to learn it.
For in between, have you tried a spoken word typing program like Dragon? Would give hands a break to heal more completely.
Enjoy.
Finally opened my email and read the bonus twitter/text conversations. Hilarious.
I’m jonesing for a good book. Any suggestions? Just finished “The Other Lady Vanishes” by Jayne Krentz but until Hugh’s book I just can’t seem to find anything else.
