After reading all of your comments on the previous post, I feel so seen. 🙂
Today I bring you cool news from Luisa J. Preißler, the artist for Small Magics Collector Edition and Kinsmen Collector Edition. Many of you have asked for prints, and they are finally available.
Luisa says:
The giclèe quality prints are hand numbered and signed, measure 11,7 x 16,5 in and are limited to 25 copies per motif. I also offer a bundle with all the Kate Daniels illustrations. The first 10 orders get an additional dust jacket of the book Small Magics signed by me.
You can order them here: https://www.luisapreissler.de/shop

So thankful to see how Kate and Curan look! The pictures are beautifully done! Thankyou for sharing them for an insight of their characters!
Elenariel says
???? They are gorgeous! A bit pricey (for me) but gorgeous.
Hope she’ll have more printing options in the future.
Momo says
I agree. I love the motives.
Will they be available as slightly less expensive (postcard?) size maybe?
I have never forgotten the discussion about IA Merchandise. *-*
Ann Boggs says
They really are beautiful. But I’m on a limited budget, and while I do live the art, buying books is much more important to me. So I’ll just look at them and sigh with longibg.
jewelwing says
Gorgeous! That is pretty close to exactly how I see Kate.
Patricia Schlorke says
Oh wow! I have them since I bought Small Magics. The Kinsmen pictures were awesome too. ????
For those who can get them, do it. They are gorgeous and depict Kate and Curran extremely well.
Ilona, the BDH will always support you. ????
Kimberly says
Would you ever bring these to a signing event for purchase?
Sabrina says
They are so very gorgeous!
Carolin says
Small Magics was my christmas present ????
These prints are really georgeous and make the book even more special since they depict Kate and Curran so amazingly.
I like the picture of Kate as well that wasn’t in the book, sigh….

My birthday present to me!
Breann says
They are beautiful! She is a very talented artist. ????
Lydia says
But why does Kate look white? One of the beauties of this series is its representation of diversity, specifically with a clearly mixed race heroine. 🙁
Erin E Durst says
I’m half middle eastern (Lebanon) and half white (Ireland) and she doesn’t look any whiter than me.
Emily07 says
They’re beautiful. Thank you. Have you thought about doing the Kinsman Universe in book form?? I would love to buy the book. Just a thought.
Bill G says
Cool.

Off topic. I read a post by Craig Johnson (Longmire) this morning that I found interesting. He pitched two ideas to Hollywood for projects. When he pitches he writes an abbreviated novella, short enough to read in one sitting, with the potential of a book to tie in with the project. The other thing he wrote that resonated with me is he believes authors should have varied projects for added value to their work so they don’t get into a Mayberry rut with their main characters and locations. It was on Facebook if you’d like to read his actual words. I just thought it was interesting and not that you need any more projects, you have great variety!

I bought the bundle yesterday! So excited to receive….
Alison says
The Small Magic’s illustrations were particularly good. I enjoyed the kinsmen and innkeepers illustrations as well but SM just had the mood spot on

When I read the headline of the post on FB, I thought that there were small prints, and that they had magic. Well, in a way they are, but not in the way I thought. Hugs.
