I was lucky enough to get in on the merch store the last time and am proudly wearing my BDH shirt while I finished Roman today!! Sadly I will miss out on all the cute Nechist merch this time (waitstaff wages in summer suck) Loved the epilogue and was a good girl and did not read ahead. A huge thank you for Trish, your store admin! When I asked, she added tumblers to the store with the gorgeous Ripper Cushions graphic and not one but two colors with the Void quote! White or turquoise background. My hubby laughed when I showed him the one with Roman’s hang on quote and suggested I buy 4 different tumblers as we are trying to switch to stainless steel cups. Ideally clearly distinguishable tumblers so ppl(read: color blind husband for whom red=green=grey) know which one is theirs.
I figured the BDH would want to know about the added options in the store. Since I don’t actually need more ripper cushion cushions, I’m thrilled to get a dishwasher safe tumbler with it! It looks like various other things were added that others requested. Thanks again to HA and the lovely Trish for giving the gift of stuff to look forward to, now that Sanctuary has been devoured, I mean, read.
I had a question: why did you remove the snippet about old vs new shinar from the book. I liked that little nod to the backstory and it made me go “hmmm?” Now I’m wondering if there’s a “hmmm?” to taking it out. 👀
Not really, no hehe. The timeline of the book was too soon for Erra to have established New Shinar and there was too much distraction in the serial comments focusing on that, rather than the point being made by the character 🙂

I am interested in attending Dragon Con next month for the first time, so I don’t know how it works. Will IA be there all days or just one day? Trying to plan hotel if needed but don’t want to guess on the day I need.

Off subject here. I have heard people commenting on Nataraja and what was wrong with him. Has anyone besides me thought that Nataraja was like, Enoch, and was someone that Roland changed himself. That would explain all the weird stuff about him. I don’t think it was ever brought out in the series. Just curious.

Im generally sad when there isn’t an obvious romance element along with a HFN but this was perfect… Also ofcourse i want more but I am working on being fluffy
