I have a routine but necessary doctor’s appointment, which I have to keep, or I will end up waiting months for it, so I will be out. If you are looking for Innkeeper, it was posted on Thursday.

Very HAPPY with Thursday. Thank you so much. It was awesome. Hope all goes well tomorrow. I went yesterday. Blood pressure is down. But sore throat and gunky eyes…a pharmaceutical walking now.
Agree – wishing you the best with your DR appointment. Hopefully the hands thing and everything else are all cleared up.

We want you well. Innkeeper will get published and we will be happy to have it. (Was that too fan girl?….Backing away from the keyboard) ?

Hope your routine appointment goes better than mine did. Doctors are only human. They eventually get it right. Thank you for next part. Yea now to go back and read again.
Well, sometimes we do, and sometimes we don’t. Most of us at least try…………
It was awesome. Thank you. Be well. Concise! 🙂
I see what you did there…
???? Hope it’s a non-stressful appointment in which they don’t make you wait hours to be seen.
Thank you for the Innkeeper installment! Good luck with your appointment.
Routine doctor’s appointment are the most important!
Thank you very much for letting us know about Friday, as you’ve sometimes posted multiple snippets during a same week.

I’ve come across this post some 12 hours after reading the new episode. And wished I could have seen it before so that I could “complain” about being forced to get the gift earlier than hoped for … OH, NOES!!!! Zooterkins, even … forced to read it early???
Thank you for the story; I loved it.
Thank you for the Thursday surprise and have a good day today. I hope everything goes smoothly! And I appreciate this post nice and early so I don’t keep checking for more like the greedy buzzard I am. Lol

Have a great week-end!
Thank you for an early posting . Love how the unfolds .
Hope you have boring doctor visit. And I also recommend a treat afterward. If not lunch , something cool, ice tea coffee, some frozen yogurt or ice cream.
Have a stress free weekend and rest your hands, when you can . No one wants a relapse .
Thank you and thank Brandi, it’s lovely when she posts.

Thank you, Ilona Andrews. I hope all goes well at doctor office.
Mother’s annual diabetic podiatry appointment got changed Tuesday due to office being closed due to Hurricane Florence flooding. Now we are scheduled for sometime in December because first available appointment. Well this was a regular non urgent appointment so no big deal. But yes as you can see i understand totally why you had to go today.
Thank you Gordon for the lovely Innkeeper segment that was posted yesterday. We appreciate your typing and posting. Thank you both for the story.
Thanks for the wonderful, surprise early installment yesterday. It was great!
And for letting us know that would be it for the week, I sort of thought that might be the case but it’s good to have it confirmed.
Here’s hoping all goes well at the appointment and that you can relax afterwards. I’m re-reading MAGIC TRIUMPHS for the umpteenth time and just loving it; I think one of my absolute favorite scenes is where Conlan wants honey muffins instead of oatmeal. Or was that honey *on* his oatmeal? Regardless, if you share recipes would you consider allowing Brandi to post your honey muffin recipe? It sounds so yummy!
I loved this comment! Yo got me for a second. Thank you very much for pushing to complete the chapter beforehand.
Hope everything goes/went fine with the doc.
Be safe,have fun.
You and Gordon are too good to us! You could have waited a week, instead Gordon takes time to give us a juicy segment a day early. Hope your Dr. Appt. Is/was fine. And Thanks so much for the segment. It’ss getting so exciting.
Thanks and have a good weekend!

Thanks for the update! Have fun at the doctors(?), I guess. lol Visiting the doctors is always stressful for me so I’ll share a joke in case you’re the same :
What did the green grape say to the purple grape?
“OMG! BREATHE!!! BREEEEAAATHHEEE!!!”
Happy Friday! 😛
Patricia Schlorke says
Should probably say that to the red grape too. 😉
Glad to see you’re taking care of yourself.
Enjoy your weekend.
I’m a bit disappointed that there is no Innkeeper but that’s just because i’ll miss my fix.
Whenever you or Brandi post anything I count it as a bonus
Hope everything works out ok at the docs
It was posted, just on Thursday.
Thankyou for the pre-Friday installment. Hope all goes well with Dr and have a great weekend!

Thank you! (I didn’t get it until Friday anyway because Thursday is “scour the kitchen” day, prior to Friday Baking. Today it’s 4 Apple Brown Bettys, 3 pies, 2 cobblers, 2 lemon blueberry cakes and 4 dozen Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal cookies. Baking gives more downtime than scouring.) (I sell bakery at the local farmers market).
Thursday’s Innkeeper was sooo amazing and satisfying. I wish I had this much snark and quick wit to unleash upon idiot tyrants. That single chapter will keep me smiling for at least the next month! Have a good Doctor’s visit.
Hope all is well, thanks for the Thursday treat!!
Thank you! Keep up with the self care. It’s important.
Hope your appointment goes in the direction you want! Thank you for the early innkeeper. May you and your family stay healthy!
Thank you. Hope all is well .
Hope your appointment went well and that your health problems are becoming easier to manage, the hardest thing to hear is that you have to learn to live with an illness. Fingers crossed for you that everything is ok.
Thank you for thinking of us yesterday and posting another part of Maud’s adventures. I checked this morning and there it was – could I have totally missed A whole day!
Many thanks to you both
Take care and enjoy your weekend ?

And thank you very much for that wonderful Thursday chapter. I went to the doctor today. Torn meniscus. What fun. Hope you have better results than me.
Thanks again for Thursday and hope the routine appointment stays routine!

Thanks for taking the time to let us know so we are not haunting the blog for more goodies. Your courtesy is appreciated
Doctors visits are the bane of my life and now they say that I am over medicalised ( 5 surgeries in 13 months ) so I hope your visit is entirely uneventful. So thanks for an exciting early excerpt and winging good wishes your way.
Robin Moore says
Been there, done that. The T shirt isn’t worth it. Multiple hernernias and arthritis issues. Not a lot of fun. I make Frankenstein jokes about my abdomen RR tracks. Take care and Heal. 🙂

Hope it is a boring visit(boring equals healthy when it comes to doctors). Thank-you for the early Inn Keeper yesterday.
I hope all went well. Thank you for the riveting post. It was wonderfully done (as you usually do).
Hope the doctor visit went well (early Innkeeper already devoured & thoroughly enjoyed). Thanks again for a wonderful tale well told…
Was the doctor visit about your hands (how have they been doing), routine or something else? Not asking for your medical history, just been wondering if your hands are improving, and if you’ve stopped “pounding” the keyboards and found a more gentle method or approach. For whatever reason, I hope there is good news and results!
Alas, just recently when I tried to set up an appointment with my doctor who seems to be the only one, so far, to be able to put my rib back in place… it keeps popping out (have a very bad back which is a big part of the rib dislocating), I couldn’t even get her a month later, let alone in two or three weeks, and the last adjustment only lasted a week! I was in tears thinking about the pain… as time goes by, it hurts so much that it’s hard to sleep along with other issues (neck mainly) that make trying to sleep so hard! Have gone through countless pillows with neck support… even good ones that work wear down way too fast.
Thankfully, this time I got a physical therapy referral, but my doctor said any adjustments were to be from a doctor, her or one with a DO degree. Had awful results with other doctors, so far, so I felt like I was going around in circles. Plan on looking for a place that has someone who could do the adjustment and not just cause a lot of pain with no results or relief!
Anyway, to make a long story short (oooops, already gave the long story, maybe just wrap this up is more accurate), I totally understand how life and doctors can throw out plans and even without any explanation, I would wait like a good girl (actually a recently turned 60 year old)… LOL! But you went beyond that with a day early post and explanation… both were appreciated and the story was enjoyed!
I love how you both had Maud turn the tables like that… you two must think you have many rabid and bloodthirsty fans with the many comments eagerly awaiting retribution, etc.! The clever way Maud handled things was very satisfying!
Thank you for another wonderful addition to the story!
Take care of yourself!
Thank you for the chapter, I fully enjoyed it, and thanks for writing it early! I hope that your appointment was good 🙂
I just wanted to say I loved Magic Triumphs. My favourite character was Conal.
I have recently read many of the books you have recommended and discovered new authors that I have started following. As such I have a recommendation for you. I don’t know if you have read Deborah Harkness’s All Souls Trilogy. If you haven’t its a must read and re-read. However, my recommendation is a TV show. Her first book, A Discovery of Witches, has been made into a 8 part tv series by Sky One, a British production. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend it. 2 episodes have aired. If you have read the book there is no suspense, but lots of chemistry, well written and well acted.
I hope your doctor visit went as well as you had envisioned it would.

Good luck at the doctors. May it be a visit that is on time, short and non-eventful. Have a nice week-end
