    The dark volhv dragging a tree on the front, and his evil (enough) minions decorating the tree on the back would be a jumper/sweater I would *gladly* wear every day of December when work decides we should be festive for an entire month! 🤣

  34. My first memory of Roman was as kind of a doofus, in Andrea’s book – “hey kid, is your sister dating anybody?”.
    Fast forward to this much deeper insight into Roman and his life. And realizing that the doofus personality was his armor against his PTSD.

  55. I am confused (a normal state). I go to barnesandnoble.com, find Sanctuary, and they want to charge me $4.99. What am I doing wrong? Or should I ignore that $4.99 and make the purchase anyway?

  56. Yes, this year was trashed panda crazy (did you hear about the raccoon that broke into the ABC store in VA, got smashed, and was found face down in the bathroom? I can relate that it’s been that type of year 😉 memes everywhere and all the VA ABC stores are using trashed panda as their new mascot lol)

    • Lol, that’s my local ABC store. I don’t patronize it myself, but the Food Lion and Ace Hardware on the ends of that shopping center are regular stops. As one friend put it, “actually passed out in the bathroom tho…what a legend.” Heard a radio show airing listener suggestions for raccoon-themed cocktails.

    I already own Silent Blade, in the Kinsmen Universe anthology, but definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn’t read it yet. Try the sequel, Silver Shark too!
