Sorry, I didn’t ignore your request for only one title. I meant to say that if you happened to come up with my post in your giveaway, I would prefer you draw another name. I am a bit old and have been mercilessly down sizing my possessions. My crazy family is dreading death cleaning. (I knit, quilt, and read like a fiend)

I just finished Botanical Mischief from T.A White, first in the Cosmic Dryad series. It’s a companion series to her Firebird Chronicles, and happens in parallel to the sixth book Echoes of Insurrection. Both series are sci-fi, touch of fantasy, and a good dose of romance, with space wizards, plucky heroines, lots of danger and drama, and a good dose of humor. Competence porn abounds. I highly recommend them if you like the Kinsman series.

Live from France : I’m about to start my regular summer reread of the Fortune de France series by Robert Merle, a series of 13 historical novels mostly depicting the 16th and 17th centuries French wars of religion. Lots of political intrigue, spying, swashbuckling, courting and delightful old french words and expressions.

I am rereading Beast Business because I love the Hidden Legacy world (and Innkeeper world and Kate’s world and Inheritance world and ….)so rereads / relistens keep me going between new stories. Oh yea, my night stand has a tub with my prescriptions, box of tissues, water mug, spray bottle (for when the cats are sharpening their claws on the bed), a lamp, my adjustable bed’s remote, tv remote , phone charger, and my glasses.

Wow, that seems like a lot.
