    Katerina, maybe? I’d probably try to blend into whatever society I was in; my favorite books are about a 8 way tie… but I’ve gone by quite a few names in my life. They all sound weird till you get used to them.

    I am from Canada and I think I would probably end up using my own name Julene, if I were transported to a world in a book. No matter if I would like to think of something else. I know me, and I think that would be the case.

I’m ignoring chemistry for the time being since Na is calcium so this would make me a calcium gem…. I’ll work on it.

    My name would be Sigrid, the Viking Soprano. I just like the name Sigrid and have been using vikingsoprano online for a very long time. I am a singer in real life, so my power would have to be something to do with that, maybe beguiling people when I sing, or being an animal mage via singing like Cornelius (that would be fun!)

    As someone from a long line of “intimidating” women, i.e. competitive and competent women, if transported into a book I would start calling myself “La Temida,” The Feared One, and develop a reputation to match!

  61. Hi, I’m in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. I would go by Man’da Tes ‘Fai. my married name basically, but with apostrophes so there are pauses. I don’t think I would respond if it was close to Amanda or Mandy and I really love my husband’s last name, Tesfay. It means, “His Hope”.
