An Arcane Hidden Legacy Giveaway

Blog, Hidden Legacy, Nevada Baylor POST A COMMENT November 28, 2025 by Moderator R

House Andrews have received their author copies of the Arcane Society Hidden Legacy Special Edition Box, which contains Nevada’s trilogy: Burn for Me, White Hot and Wildfire.

They are stunning hardcovers, with sprayed edges and dust jacket illustrations by the very talented @helena.illustrated. I have it on good authority that Kid 2, a book connoisseur, has immediately nabbed the set for her own enjoyment.

As per tradition, one of you also gets to walk away with the special edition box like a triumphant ferret at the end of a very shiny heist. And the best part (I think), House Andrews’ signature and personalised dedication are available upon winner request!

Giveaway Details

To enter, leave a comment below about something you’re thankful for. Doesn’t have to be a big thing, everyday appreciation is welcome.

This giveaway is open to US readers only. Unfortunately, previous packages we sent internationally were lost and the cost of international shipping is too high at the moment to incur those risks.

Only comments on the blog constitute valid entries.

If you are receiving this post in your email through the Ilona Andrews newsletter, click here to enter. To clarify for everyone who left comments about the link leading to the same page – yes, it is meant to do that. It is specifically for the people who are not reading the article on the website.

The winner will be chosen and announced next Friday, December 5th 2025 with the aid of a random number generator. We will email them at the address provided when they left the winning comment.

Please make sure to use an email you check! If we don’t hear back in a week, a new winner will be chosen. This has unfortunately happened at the most recent giveaway and I’d hate for you to lose out on the goodies.

I’m not entering, but I want to say I am very grateful that I get to hang out with the Horde (and our enthusiastic shenanigans) every day.

Good luck all!

I bought a Vosges chocolate advent calendar years ago and decided to gift one to my sister a year or two later so we could open them together and feel closer during the holidays as I lived in Alaska and she in Missouri. This year we bought my mom, niece, and lovely new niece-in-law their own Vosges advent calendars so we could make this a family tradition. There isn’t anything more important than family and I am so thankful to have this tradition to help draw us closer together even when we’re living so far apart.

I asked for him when I was 8, my mom had him when I was 9, we were inseparable until I was 18 and moved out, we stayed in touch our whole lives and now he is married with a baby of his own and is the sweetest husband and father I have ever seen. Watching him with his family brings me such joy. The rolls have reversed to some degree with him taking care of me while I go through a rough patch, but we will always look after each other

    November 29, 2025 at 12:14 pm

My greatest blessing is that I have the ability to choose. Unlike so many in this world, especially women and children, I can choose what to do next in my life. Sometimes too many choices can feel overwhelming, it’s true. But at least I am generally choosing which good thing I wish to move towards not trying to choose how to avoid bad situations or save my children from bad situations (war, poverty, abuse). As I watch my nation deteriorate, which is of course disconcerting and frightening, I remind myself that I can choose when and where to stand in the gap. Unlike so many in the world, I still have a voice and I have the ability to choose to stay or to leave and begin a new life elsewhere. I am blessed in my family, friends, career, education, and spirit. I choose a life of goodness, wholeness, compassion, kindness, and empathy.

there are so many things to be thankful for, just being alive not the least but if I had to choose one thing, so easily taken for granted it would be writers. people who write for a living or for fun or for knowledge or try to anyway even if they are not always successful. when I was young I thought I wanted to write, to be an author, like so many to write “the great American Novel”. missed that train for sure. so I am thankful for all the others, those who made it and who I’ve read over the years and those still on my TBR and those that I won’t read, but others will. book authors and script writers and so many more. it is by far an uneasy occupation, often lonely and frustrating and often thankless. my thanks to those who try to write something intelligible or factual or fictional or entertaining. your efforts make our lives bearable. I have been reading for over 70 years so that’s actually a lot to be thankful for.
